The location and view. The beautiful decor and design as well as comfort. Cleaning staff very friendly and reliable.
The stairs were a bit difficult as I have a paraplegic teenager.

Elaine was extremely helpful. When we arrived at it seemed like there was a misunderstanding between ourselves, Booked.net and the lodge about the number of rooms, the manageress immediately gave us another option. The view was absolutely unbelievable! The rooms and apartment were spacious and of a high standard.

The position was perfect for us and for what we had planned for our time there - it is off the main road and therefore nice and quiet - we loved the verandah with a stunning view over False Bay.

Excellent views. Good value for money for a whole flat. Excellent self-catering facilities. Very comfortable.

Excellent view and amenities in the flkat were good.
Couple of points. 1.Booking change was advised on arrival due to some reason. Should have been advised sooner. Alternative flat was good 2.For a 5 star flat, I would have expecetd that a full check would be done prior to guests arriving. 50% of lights in dining area not working and no bedside lamp in middle bedroom.

Stunning views. Very peaceful and quiet. One could sit for hours just watching the ocean. The rooms were very neat and the apartment is well equipped. Perfect for a weekend getaway.
The only thing we never liked about the hotel were the towels. Although it smelt clean, it had too many stains on them.

Located rather remote as the last place before leaving Gordons Bay. GPS will lead you through township which is not great. You do not feel very safe even so (on maybe because) the place is plastered with locks and keys. The pool is very small and during day time the cleaning machine in the pool is on taking up 30% of the pool space !

Extremelly helpful staff. Beautiful view.
A bit far from Gordon's Bay and not recomended to walk home from the nearby restaurants during nighttime.The poolarea was not childfriendly.

The apartments are very comfortable with all facilities. They are spotlessly clean & well serviced. The views from the apartment are breathtaking with wonderful sunsets over False Bay. The area is quiet & away from the hustle & bustle. Our apartment had an integral garage with direct access to the apartment, we found this very convenient & secure. All in all a lovely stay in superior accommodation.
